I’ve been a vegetarian for 10 years. My teeth improved, my fatigue is gone. I don’t feel tired or exhausted any more. But being a vegetarian is a science. One needs to really eat a lot of greens in order to be healthy. I don’t like the idea of killing animals either. The people who live for over 100 years in India are vegetarians since birth. Something to think about isn’t it? :)

I have been a vegetarian for nearly 2 years and on my way to being vegan. I never pushed my husband into adpoting my diet, but he finally jumped on the band wagon and his stomach problems have also disappeared!!!
